Join us at the St. Michaels Farmers market on Saturdays from 8am until Noon (come early, we sell out) between now and September 5th (except for July 4th). We feature Smoked Salmon Bites, Smoked Salmon Spread, Organic Prime and American Wagyu Smoked Brisket by the pound, Jalapeno and Cheddar Smoked Sausages (as well as other varieties), we rotate in other items but always try to keep these core items in stock. AND, of course, we bring 350 Smoked Brisket Breakfast Tacos which usually sell out around 10am.
